Your call center agents can collect payments from your customers by connecting the customer's phone call to our secure payment IVR. The customer's payment details like credit card number are completely hidden from your call center agent, thereby making it an easy & secure way of collecting payments on phone. Typical applications of this solution include Insurance Premium renewal, Tele-shopping, Travel Booking, Gifts & Flower Delivery, etc. - Mobile Payments on IVR through Automated Outbound Calling
If you have call center agents that have to manually call up your customers to remind them for pending payments then you can use our automated outbound calling solution. You just need to prepare a list of numbers to call and the amount of payment that is due. PayTM will send out automated voice calls to your customers. The voice message can be easily customized for each individual customer. If the customer is willing to make the payment then he can do so on the automated voice call itself by entering his/her credit/debit card details. This way, not only are you able to save on your call center costs but also improve your collections through instant payments on IVR. Typical applications of this solution include Bill payment reminders, Subscription renewals, etc. - Mobile Payments through SMS
Your customers can make payments simply by sending an SMS. For example, if a customer wishes to pay an amount of Rs.100 then he can just send "PAY100" as an SMS to our shortcode 53030 or to your shortcode 5XXXX for initiating the mobile transaction. The customer will then receive a voice call from us on his mobile phone to select the payment option and authorise the payment. Typical applications of this solution include Insurance Premium payment, DTH Recharge, Utility Bill payment, etc.
- Mobile Payments through WAP
We can enable your customers to make payments for your products/services through your WAP portal. If you do not have a WAP portal then we can develop, manage and host a WAP portal for your products/services and integrate it with our secure mobile payment platform. Typical applications of this solution include Online Shopping, Movie Ticketing, Travel Booking, Gifts & Flower Delivery, Movie Rental, etc.
- Online payments through Website
If you wish to sell any product/service through your website and are looking for a solution for collecting online payments from your customers then we can integrate your website with our secure online payment platform. Our IVR based mobile payment solutions come with two hosting options:
- Shared hosting
- Dedicated hosting
Shared: If you are expecting a low transaction volume then the shared hosting model where the IVR application resides on PayTM’s secure servers in Delhi/Mumbai. You will get a dedicated Delhi/Mumbai number which your customers can call to make a payment or your call centre agents can call to receive payments from your customers.
Dedicated: If you have a high transaction volume or if you already have a published dial in number for your customers then the dedicated hosting model is recommended wherein we place our IVR server in your premises. All calls coming to your published dial in/customer care number can be seamlessly redirected to our IVR server for collecting payments. In case of call centre scenario, your agents can easily connect your customers to our secure IVR on this server for receiving the payments.
